Privacy and Personal Data Policy - applicable to Users of this Hospitality Business when making a booking.

Data Controller (us): The Hospitality Business providing users with their requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website you used to make the booking or ask a question. They will also appear on invoice we send you.

Data Compliance Officer: Not applicable to the Data Controllers' activities.

User (You): The person who filled in the booking form or any other documentation related to it.

Purpose: The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the user's booking and/or to answer their questions or requests.


Legal basis: 

Consent is deemed to have been given when:

-An agreement is entered into with the user/ steps are taken at the user's request prior to entering into an agreement; or

-Users accept the Terms and Conditions (by ticking the box) of which this Privacy and Personal Data Policy is an integral part. 


Duration: Data provided by users will be stored for the period necessary to manage their bookings and requested accomodation services. Once that period has finished, the data will be kept for six (6) months. If you consent to receive marketing and/or commercial informations, your data will be stored until that consent is revoked. 

Data Processor: Our booking engine is run by our partnet Guestcentric Group (www.guestcentric.com). Guestcentric Group is contractually authorized by us to provide its services, and it has received written instructions from us on how data must be processed.

Third-part Data subjects: Where users provide personal data pertaining to a third-party data subject, they are liable for all of the latter's actions as well as for obtaining their respective consent for providing the data.

Data Transfer: We shall not transfer personal data to a third country outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Rights of Data Subjects: Data Subjects can exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase and oppose how their data is used by sending an email or letter to the respective address on our bookings website and invoices.
